Ministry of Sport and Tourism
The Ministry of Sport and Tourism, established pursuant to Article 1 of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 23 August 2005 establishing the Ministry of Sport and Tourism (Dz. U. No. 165, item 1368, as amended), provides support to the Minister of Sport and Tourism who manages the following sectors of government administration:
1) physical culture – according to the principles laid down, in particular, in the Act on Sport of 25 June 2010 (Dz. U. No. 127, item. 857, as amended).
2) tourism – according to the principles laid down, in particular, in the Act on Tourism Services, of 29 August 1997 (Dz. U. of 2004, No. 223, item 2268, as amended).
