Dawid Lasek
Dawid Lasek graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration and the Faculty of Management and Social Communication of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. He worked as a Science Secretary of the Polish-French European Studies, University of Paris 13, IUT de Saint Denis. Since 2001, his professional career has been connected primarily with the Carpathian Euroregion. He worked as a manager of crossborder projects and, since 2007, has been serving as Vice-President of the Association of the Carpathian Euroregion Poland. He has extensive experience working with Swiss partners. Within the Swiss-Polish Cooperation Programme he developed and implemented the Carpathian brand “Carpathia”. He was also a member of the Working Group on Sustainable Tourism of the Carpathian Convention. In 2006-2007, he served as the Director of the Department of Regional Cooperation at the Ministry of Regional Development.
He speaks five foreign languages: English, French, Russian, Slovak and Ukrainian.
