TT Warsaw launched
On 22 September 2011, Sport and Tourism Minister Adam Giersz attended the opening ceremony of the 19th International Travel Show TT Warsaw, during which over 650 exhibitors from 62 countries will present their travel offers. The International Travel Show TT Warsaw is the main travel industry event in Poland. It groups the largest number of countries, most of which exhibit their national stands. It is also a major platform of promoting Polish cities and regions’ tourist offers among national and international clients. Thanks to its comprehensive offer, TT Warsaw presents a wide-range catalogue of ideas and solutions in line with most recent trends in tourism; based on them, tourism companies may build extensive tourist offers and develop their business.
The participants of TT Warsaw are tour operators, accommodation service providers (hotels, health resorts, wellness & spa centres and guest houses), transport service providers (air, rail, ferry and coach transport companies ), national, regional and local tourist organisations, Voivodship (province) marshals’ offices, counties, cities, towns, municipalities, business tourism companies, travel websites, tourism companies’ chambers and associations, insurance companies and travel magazines. At TT Warsaw, they may effectively present their offers, establish new contacts and exchange experience. The Show is also an excellent opportunity to promote world-wide travel offers among the inhabitants of Warsaw, particularly for the autumn and winter season.
